Do you want to take part in the most prestigious oratory competition in Central Africa and the Great Lakes region?
The Cameroon Nationals, now in its second edition, welcomes you in five categories:
- Debate
- Public Speaking
- Slam/Poetry
- Storytelling
- Moot Court
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Regional selections will take place in all ten (10) regions through our regional coordinations from March to April 2025.
The national final is scheduled from May 19 to May 24, 2025, at the University of Yaoundé Ngoa-Ékélé.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Here are the categories eligible for COCAM 2025:
- Speakers: 12-40 years old
- Judges: 25-100 years old
- Coaches: 25-100 years old
- Volunteers: 18-40 years old
- Regional Partners
- National Partners
PRIZES TO WIN?
- Prize pool: 1.5 million FCFA
- Many other rewards
- International trips for the best speakers
- Free national high-level certification for the top 50 speakers or coaches from the 10 regions
- Socio-professional integration, etc.
COCAM 2025 – “Valuing languages, cultures, and traditions,” the arena of speakers. More than 2,000 participants to be mobilized across the 10 regions.
