Founded in 2009, CDA is a national network of more than 1000 members including civil society organizations, educational institutions and clubs, whose mission is to promote local and national initiatives to disseminate the culture of debate, advocacy and open discussion as a tool for education, information, dialogue, development and democracy. The association is registered on 10 November 2011 under the number: N°61/RDA/F.34/SAAJP.
