TRANSFORMING CAMEROON’S HUMAN CAPITAL
BN Group, in partnership with Debate Cameroon (CDA) and RIPAO — International Network for the Promotion of Arts and Orality, is launching Cameroon Coaching Capital (CCC).
CCC is a national platform designed to contribute to the professionalization of coaching, the emergence of coach-entrepreneurs, and the development of human capital in Cameroon.
The programme is designed for the period 2026–2035, with an initial structuring phase of training and certification over three years.
🎯 OUR AMBITION
To progressively train a new generation of professional coaches, entrepreneurs and agents of transformation, capable of supporting individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations in their development.
LONG-TERM OBJECTIVE: 1,000 COACH-ENTREPRENEURS
Participants will be able to choose from several specialization tracks.
1. ADL COACH
Public Speaking • Integral Development • Leadership
300 places over 3 years — starting in 2026
Train coaches capable of supporting personal development, communication, eloquence, leadership and human potential.
2. BUSINESS COACH
Businesses • Start-ups • Entrepreneurs
500 places over 3 years — starting in 2027
Support entrepreneurs and organizations in structuring, developing and growing their activities.
3. LIFE COACH
Well-being • Happiness • Relationships • Family Life
100 places over 3 years — starting in 2028
Develop coaching skills in personal life, relationships and personal fulfillment.
4. HEALTH COACH
Health • Sport • Nutrition • Technology & AI
100 places over 3 years — starting in 2028
Develop coaching skills related to healthy lifestyles, performance, sport, nutrition and responsible use of technology.
🚀 A THREE-LEVEL DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
Each coach will progressively advance through three levels of capital development.
LEVEL 1 — PERSONAL CAPITAL
Build Your Identity and Leadership
Participants will learn to:
- Better understand themselves and define their professional identity;
- Develop self-discipline;
- Strengthen confidence and leadership;
- Define their positioning in the market;
- Build the foundations of their expertise.
🏅 CCC LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION
LEVEL 2 — PROFESSIONAL CAPITAL
Turn Your Expertise into an Activity
Participants will learn to:
- Develop complementary skills;
- Map their professional profile and career;
- Structure their coaching offer;
- Develop a coaching business;
- Become entrepreneurs;
- Design and launch a structuring project.
🏅 CCC LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATION
LEVEL 3 — RELATIONAL & FINANCIAL CAPITAL
Build Your Network, Impact and Opportunities
Participants will learn to:
- Develop their professional network;
- Increase their impact and influence;
- Create and seize opportunities;
- Develop partnerships;
- Monetize their expertise;
- Generate income;
- Seek or mobilize funding for their projects.

For the first year of the programme, CCC is opening 200 places:

Applications are open to people residing in Cameroon and, according to the programme’s terms, to Cameroonians in the diaspora.
✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To join the programme, applicants must:
1. Be at least 18 years old;
2. Be willing to attend online training sessions regularly, at least once a week;
3. Have an Android phone and/or laptop with Internet access;
4. Commit to respecting the values, rules and ethical principles of CCC;
5. Be willing to join and contribute to the Cameroon Coaching Capital network during or after the training;
6. Pay the registration fee and purchase the training materials.
💰 FINANCIAL TERMS
Registration fee: 10,000 FCFA
Training manuals & materials: 25,000 FCFA
Training tuition fees: 0 FCFA — FREE
The training is offered free of tuition fees.
Participants are responsible only for the registration fee and training materials.
🏆 EXCEPTIONAL BONUS
NATIONAL ADL COACHING COMPETITION 2026–2027
The best student-coaches will have the opportunity to participate in the National ADL Coaching Competition.
💰 PRIZE POOL: 2,000,000 FCFA
A total prize pool of two million CFA francs will be shared among the top-performing participants, according to the official competition rules.
